For other writers, it all goes back to a story I read in the early, text-only days of the Internet called The Perils of Bat-Girl that turns out was written by esteemed bondage photographer Jim Weathers. I was just learning of bondage and his descriptions of these classic Batman-esque heroes and villains caught in various predicaments intrigued me to no end!

For my own works, I’m partial to an early story I wrote called One Last Tease… which sees a man submitting to his ex-girlfriend in chastity for one last unapologetically wicked afternoon of shopping and humiliation.

Thanks, but not really. There are other erotic writers who are happy to write a kinky scene around you and your fantasies if you so desire, but that’s not something I’m personally interested in writing.

All sorts of places! Sometimes I’ll find inspiration in kinky or non-kinky photos that I stumble across, or a sexy outfit, or even a random personality trait piques my interest that I think might be fun to play around with. Other times it’s a certain theme that I want to write about (like Locktober) and the story gradually grows as I’m brainstorming and outlining.

Dreams are another great source because hey, when you’re a pervert like me, sometimes the dreams you have are pretty hot! 

I’m a big fan of leather bondage hoods – Church of Sinvention makes a padded one with straps that’s pretty intense!

The idea of giving up so many of your senses to tight leather is just intoxicating to me … the only thing better would be a full body, leather sleepsack, but I haven’t had that particular pleasure just yet…

Write the stories that you want to read. That’s how I first got started and it’s a lot easier to write about things that you enjoy rather than trying to chase sales trends that you have little interest in.

Follow your passions, ignore all of the noise along the way, and just write.
