Types of Orders
Books ordered through this site are delivered in two ways:
- Digital books (e.g. e-books) and unsigned print books are sold via Amazon.
- Signed and personalized print books are sold directly by the author.

Discrete Shipping & Billing
All orders ship in plain packaging – either padded envelopes or boxes – with only initials (KWEM Books) and no logos as the return address.
These initials are also all that will appear on your credit card statement.
Shipping Method
Orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail; international orders will be shipped using the least expensive shipping option.
Orders for in-stock books ship within 2-3 business days.
Warranty & Returns
Although books are shipped in plastic bags within the shipping container for extra protection, we are happy to replace orders that were damaged in shipment free of charge.
Please send a photo of the damage along with your name and order # to [email protected] to begin this process.
As we are unable to resell books that have been personalized, we are not able to accept returns for these items.
